Excellent customer service is a hallmark of the Rideau Centre shopping experience. While you're here, stop by our Customer Service Centre on the 3rd Level, Rideau Court for a range of services including:
STORE INFORMATION
Whether you're searching for a certain store or need suggestions on where to find a particular item, it's our job to help you find what you're looking for at Rideau Centre.
TOURISM / VISITORS INFORMATION
In addition to being an official Ottawa Tourism Information Centre, Rideau Centre has added a new public computer system at the Customer Service Centre that will provide visitors with direct internet access to the Ottawa Tourism website and its 400 members.
NURSING ROOM
Our nursing room features three private nursing stations. Each one is equipped with a rocking chair, counter and soft lighting. The nursing room also includes a microwave, sink and two change tables.
COAT & PARCEL CHECK
Check up to three items for a cost of $2.00. Items may not be left overnight.
GIFT WRAP
We offer a choice of two signature gift wraps. Prices vary by size.
FAMILY WASHROOM
Our family washroom features standard fixtures for adults as well as miniature fixtures for children.
LOST & FOUND
We have an extensive list of lost and found items. All items are kept for two weeks. Should you wish to inquire about a lost item, please call 613-236-6565 ext. 247.
STROLLER AND WHEELCHAIR LOANS
Complimentary wheelchairs, walkers and strollers are available for use during regular retail hours of operation. We kindly request that you leave a driver's license, credit card or $40 deposit. Should you wish to have a Customer Service Representative meet you at one of our entrances with a wheelchair, walker or stroller, please call us at 613-236-6565 ext. 247 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

OC Transpo bus tickets are available at the OC Transpo Sales and Information Centre (3rd Level).

SECURITY
Rideau Centre is committed to providing a safe, comfortable and secure environment for both customers and tenants. Our knowledgeable and experienced team of security personnel work diligently to ensure the highest level of service delivery and responsiveness in the following areas:
- crime prevention and detection
- conflict resolution
- medical assistance / emergency
- lost/missing persons
- emergency response
- personal safety and protection
In the event of an emergency or if you require medical assistance, please go to the nearest retail store and ask the sales associate to contact Rideau Centre security. Alternatively, please go to the Customer Service Centre (3rd Level, Rideau Court).
